1Who is responsible

Clixgig is a service of Clixgig By Qubits technologies (Venezuela). You can write to soporte@clixgig.com about any privacy matter.

2What data we collect

• Account data: first and last name, email, phone, gender, date of birth, country, language and profile photo if you upload one.
• Business data: name, currencies, sales, expenses, payments, debts, products, stock and notes you record.
• Data about your customers and suppliers that you record: name or company name, ID, phone, email, address, photo and, for companies, their contact people (name, job title, gender, phone and email), if you add them.
• Help requests you send us from the app, with any images you attach.
• Technical data: device name or model, operating system, app version, IP address and access logs needed to keep your account secure.
• If you enable notifications: your device notification token.

3What we use it for

• Providing the service: storing and showing your business information on any device.
• Keeping your account secure: sign-in, password recovery and abuse prevention.
• Your date of birth, to confirm the app is used by adults, and your gender, so we know how to address you. We do not use them for advertising or share them.
• Answering your help and support requests.
• Sending alerts you turn on, such as payment reminders, by email or push notification.
• Improving the app with aggregated statistics that do not identify you.

4Your business data is yours

The information you record about your business, customers and suppliers belongs to you. You decide what to record and are responsible for having the consent of the people whose data you store. We only process it to provide the service.

5Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. We only share it with providers that help us run the service (server hosting, email and notification delivery) under confidentiality agreements, or when a competent authority requires it by law.

6Links you share and your team

• Receipts, statements, quotes and invitations you send have a hard-to-guess link: whoever receives it can see it, it does not appear in search engines and it shows nothing else about your business.
• People you invite to your team see and record business information according to the permissions you give them, and you can remove their access at any time.

7How we protect it

Data travels encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored with secure hashing algorithms and server access is restricted. We make regular backups.

8How long we keep it

While your account is active. If you delete your account, we erase your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep. Backups rotate in cycles of up to 30 days.

9Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent for notifications at any time, from the app or by writing to soporte@clixgig.com.

10Minors

Clixgig is intended for people over 18 who run a business. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11Changes to this policy

If we make important changes we will let you know in the app or by email before they take effect.
