1The service

Clixgig is an app to record your business sales, expenses, debts, inventory, customers and suppliers. It is a support tool: it does not replace accounting, tax or legal advice.

2Your account

• You must be over 18 and provide truthful information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens in your account.
• If you invite other people to your business, you are responsible for the permissions you give them.

3Pricing

Clixgig has a Free plan that never expires and paid plans with additional features. Prices and what each plan includes are published at clixgig.com. Paid plans are paid in advance for a month or a year and do not renew automatically: we will never charge you without your choice.

When a paid plan expires, the account goes back to the Free plan without losing the recorded information; what the Free plan does not include becomes read-only until you activate a plan again. If we change prices we will let you know in advance, and the change does not affect the period you already paid for.

4Acceptable use

• Do not use Clixgig for illegal activities or to store third-party data without their consent.
• Do not try to access other accounts, disrupt the service or copy it.
• Do not send abusive messages or spam to your customers using the app features.

5Your information

The data you record is yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service, as explained in the Privacy policy.

6Availability

We work to keep Clixgig always available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or causes beyond our control. The service is provided “as is”, and we may change or improve features over time.

7Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Clixgig By Qubits technologies is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions made based on the information recorded in the app.

8Termination

You can stop using Clixgig and delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
