Delete your account

1From the app

• Open Clixgig and go to More › My account.
• Tap “I want to delete my account”: you will see which businesses are deleted and which teams you leave.
• Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm. The account is deleted right away.

2If you cannot open the app

• Write to soporte@clixgig.com from the email address you signed up with.
• Use the subject “Delete my account”.
• We will confirm the request and complete it within 30 days.

3What is deleted

• Your account: name, email, phone, gender, date of birth, photo and open sessions.
• The businesses where you are the only owner, with their sales, expenses, payments, products, customers and suppliers.
• Your access to the businesses where you work as part of the team. What you recorded there belongs to that business and is shown as “Deleted user”.
• Your devices notification tokens.

4What we may keep

Only the information the law requires us to keep, for as long as required. Backups rotate in cycles of up to 30 days, after which your data is gone completely.

5Before deleting

Deletion cannot be undone. If you want to keep your information, ask us for a copy before requesting it.
